New firmware variant for 3602 Coaxlink Octo

This release of eGrabber adds the "5-camera, 5D22211" firmware variant for 3602 Coaxlink Octo.

It allows connecting up to 5 area-scan cameras: one or two or three 1- or 2-connection cameras and one or two 1-connection cameras.
